Phil Harrison wins the first event of 2012, beating close friend, Rich Wharton, 7-2 in the final.
New to the tour, Jimmy Carney, won 5 matches and was narrowly beaten 6-4 by Phil Harrison in the semi finals. A noteworthy performance, coming through 3 deciding frames along the way.
As always, the first event of the tour had almost full attendance, the organisers would like to thank the players for their patience on the day.
With the next event coming up in May, can Phil continue the success? Or will Cambridge's Mickey Lambert step up and show the form that took him to the number 1 spot in the rankings?
